Very good service

I had some problems with my Air 1 Go and contacted Customer Service by email. I sent a video of the problem, and the support was excellent! Got a replacemt just after a few days. Very happy with the service from Maria at Customer Service!

I have had such a poor experience with Happy plugs air 1 pods.. They are more expensive than most air pods and I was extremely disappointed to discover the poor sound quality! I can not believe the price of these air pods, just goes to show that paying more for a product does not to ensure good quality.. unbelievable. In addition to this, the shape of these air pods are not suitable to the shape of your ear.. I am constantly having to readjust my air pods .. they fall out and move more or less straight away after adjusting them. This completely defeats the prime purpose of air pods as they are supposed to award convenience and facilitate easy listening .. which these ones do NOT. I exercise regularly so you can understand my disappointment with this specific flaw ... as it prevents me from perusing what I love. There are actually much cheaper air pods which provide the same quality as Apple air pods.. I can not believe I have wasted so much money on this brand, absolute waste of money.

I had an issue with my original purchase not keeping their charge well and sent in a request for assistance. Within a few hours I received the initial response and within a very short time the whole situation was resolved. It was an extremely easy process.

I bought a pair of your happy plugs air 1 gos, and after following all the instructions on how to connect them to my phone, i realised that the right ear plug is unresponsive. It only lights up in the case, and as soon as its taken out, it doesnt turn on. Even when in the case, i cannot reset it. so im just here to ask how i could fix this.

I really appreciate Happy Plugs customer service!! The kind person who helped me, Erika Boado, was super patient and consistent with our emails. My package was delivered to my old address (I moved unfortunately) and Erika made sure my package was shipped to my new address, no problems at all! I’m so excited to receive my limited edition Happy Plugs and I have Erika to thank for that! She is amazing!

I got a pair of Happy Plugs Hope marble white that only worked for a couple hours. After sending my complaint “ Erika “ helped with my problem by sending me a new pair right away.
